For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "FranklinCovey" means FranklinCovey Europe, Limited, Products and Training.

Handheld organisers and accessories must be returned within 14 days of purchase for refund, less shipping. Please note: Damage or cracks in the LCD screen are not covered under either the 14-day satisfaction guarantee or manufacturer warranty.

Software must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unopened packaging for refund. FranklinCovey® provides a 30-day warranty against software defects. Defective software may only be exchanged for the exact same item and may not be refunded.

We will gladly issue a refund, credit or exchange for merchandise that is returned within 30 days of purchase, and meets the conditions indicated above. Credit will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
